In 2020, I made the decision to transition from a general Content Marketer to a specialist in writing and strategy, and I couldn't be happier! I just love the challenge of connecting one group of people to another and helping them communicate.

Annual Reports

Designed for both print and digital, as well as both internal and external audiences, the Annual Reports I created for TXHB would vary greatly year-to-year. It was crucial to balance the tumultuous times of healthcare during and after the pandemic with the exciting, innovative solutions we would implement every year. Regardless of the numbers or financials, the process was always the same: collaborate across departments to gather data and then working closely with executives to build positive, yet truthful, messages from the organization.

Thought Leadership & Ghost Writing

Thought leadership is perhaps my favorite type of content to write. I love working one-on-one with executives and leadership to find what they are passionate about, then combining that with my own research to help create new articles in their particular voice. I have helped ghost write articles, keynotes, and even social media channels.

Print Ads

Anyone who says "print is dead" has never had to get their messaging in front of an older audience! Researching and finding that many of our current and prospective members all subscribed to a monthly magazine meant meeting them where they were.

TX Health Benefits Pool

After a complete rebrand from TML Health to TX Health Benefits Pool, we saw an opportunity for a much-needed rehaul of the website. The previous site had been bogged down by years of one-off landing pages, irregular content reviews, and out-of-date visuals.

My team and I took on the lofty project from ideation to publication. Our team spent a year working across departments, gathering feedback, designing the user experience, and ultimately creating a website that left both the board and our members very happy.

TOP Agency

Working with the Development team, the Senior Copywriter and myself created over 60 new, SEO-focused pages to generate leads from clients looking for marketing agencies across the world and across industries.

Ulbrich Stainless Steel

A fun challenge! Ulbrich Stainless Steel is perhaps still the most technical brand voice I've had the pleasure of writing for (which makes sense when you realize they build the stuff NASA uses in space ships). It was a blast to write their website's home page as well as the product pages for their shaped wires.
